I hope you are doing well and are in the best of health. I am doing well and thankful for another day that God has graciously given to me. I have not written a personal message in quite some time simply because I like to keep the messages focused on bringing encouragement and inspiration rather than me talking about the ministry in general. But I felt it was time to send a personal message sharing with you what is on my heart and what new plans I have for the coming new year. 

When I first started God's Work Ministry in November 1999 and then the Email Encouragement Mailing List in March 2000, I never thought that this simple ministry would reach people around the world as it has. I am truly humbled and thankful that God has found me worthy enough to minister to so many people whom I will never fully know. I am fine with that as long as God knows who they are and what they need at any given moment. It is really amazing to me how many times I have received a message from one of our members saying that they received the message they needed at exactly the right time when they needed it the most. I know that is not my doing. That is God working on the hearts of His people letting them know that He has not forgotten about them.

As you may know I have written two books which have a compilation of the messages that I have written throughout these years. The books have been received very well and I am thankful that many people have taken the time to read the books and shared them with their loved ones. With the new year coming upon us I have set a new goal of writing five new books by the end of 2015. I am a firm believer in having goals in life. We have to have something that we are aiming towards so that each new day that we awake we have something that needs to be accomplished. Setting a goal that aspirational will make me accountable to meet it. I hope and pray that it will be done with time to spare. (Proverbs 29:18) (Habakkuk 2:2)

I pray that in the upcoming weeks, months and years the Lord will continue to inspire me to write these encouraging and inspiring messages and that everyone who takes the time to read and meditate on them will be all the better for it. One thing I know and that is God is good. He wishes to meet our every need, fill us with His abundant peace, show us His mercy and grace that is without limit and lead our life onto the best path as He sees fit. We simply must be moldable and allow the Lord to work in us and through us. When we have confidence that God is able to take our little and do much with it, we will be bold enough to reach farther than we have ever reached before. We will continue to stand up after we have fallen down because we know that victory is meant for us. I pray that you have that confidence in the Lord and strive to be all that God has made you to be. (Proverbs 3:26) (Psalm 31:23-24)

I am really thankful that this ministry has continued for as long as it has and I hope that it will continue to be a Beacon of Hope, Encouragement and Inspiration to all who take the time to read the messages and receive the encouragement that they offer.

May your goals, dreams and aspirations come true and may your life be used by the Lord to make a difference in this world that will never be forgotten or erased. That is my prayer for you.
